New faces wanted for our “Live without violence, man” campaign

The BFKM supports men to seek help in cases of domestic violence. Because with everyone who admits to being affected and sets out to find help, we are breaking down patriarchal structures.

Because men* are largely invisible as victim survivors. Because patriarchy does not allow male victims to exist. Because male victims are largely taboo. Because male victims of domestic violence are almost always denied by society.

But there is a support system for men affected by violence that is expanding step by step. And with our current campaign Live without violence, man, we have already been able to encourage many men to seek help.

This year, we want to add more faces to this campaign, faces of victims and faces of people from the domestic violence support system.
